I guess most of you don't know the band Pulse... Me, too! This is the first time I heard of them. So what to expect? This is hard rock from the U.K. and some might mainman Vince O'Regan from his former bands Kooga or No Sweat. Probably you have seen him on tour with Bob Catley or Kip Winger during the last months. Anyway, Vince is around for about 20 years as a guitarist and got his band together!
Simon Abbots added not just the vocal parts, he was also involved in the songwriting. The band got completed by Al Barrow (bass), Alan Dawkins (keyboards) and drummer Lynch Radinsky. Pulse are playing hard rock in the vein of Magnum, Hard Rain and Ten. On the album Pulse present 12 melodic rock / hard rock tracks. Nothing new, but who can write musical history these days in an old genre? Listen to: Don't Wanna Lose You, Waiting, Lady and After Midnight.
