From The Bloodline Of Cain

From The Bloodline Of Cain
(Hells Headbangers Records - 2013)

Some history this Australian band got on their shoulders. Existed since 2004, and gone again in 2010, but they made a decision to give it another chance again in 2013. Their band history includes some split releases and demos, also their debut full length album Satan's Cross from 2007 is something to credit them for. But get ready to be blown away, because now comes their fresh start again in shape of the album From The Bloodline Of Cain, a new 8 song basher that grabs the listeners by the hair. Competent metal that goes from power metal to speedy thrash metal with an elegance that was worth the wait. Promethean War opens the bag of goodies with furious angry metal that takes no prisoners. Slave Annihilation is sharp power metal that would probably get the band new fans when first-timers listen to this album. The Conquerors Flame is filled up with speed thrash metal that splits your skull and burns it completely. Through The Devils Flesh gets us a taste of their death metal skills with a metal attack that again takes no prisoners. And if you like old fashioned power metal there is a great one here, Iron Command, raw and ruthless they hammer their message into your body with iron and more iron. Really a good decision to make such a come back as Nocturnal Graves did here. Fantastic.
