Nobody who listened to My First Failure can say that there are no new bands playing modern hardcare. The youngsters My First Failure from Aschaffenburg show that there are new bands. The band was founded back in 2006 and already releases the demo Gone For Years and their debut album The Calor - both are sold out! The youngsters play a mix of old and new school hardcore and so the tracks sound fresh and crisp. Unfortunately the sound is one of the low points... It's simply not loud enough, so you have to crank up the volume. My First Failure offer fast hardcore tracks with catchy melodies and groove parts - live a mosh pit is guaranteed. Their singer is doing her best and she really seems to enjoy it, but sometimes it feels like she faces her limits... If she works on her vocals then she may enter the premier league and you can already compare her with the girl from Walls Of Jericho. Anyway, 7 songs which are sounding fresh and have a hook. Hardcore fans should keep an eye on this band, coz they have the potential and I won't be surprised, if the make it big!
