The band of Joss Mennen is around for almost a decade, but outside Holland and Belgium not much known... Some might remember Joss Mennen as the singer of Zinatra, but Mennen offer a different kind of music. This melodic metal has partly very serious lyrics, but always with a positive touch. On Circle Of Live the quartet presents 5 songs from their last studio album Age Of Fools, a few older tunes incl. their radio hit River Of Tears, the cover School and with Love Or Loneliness an old Zinatra song.

The album was recorded in April 2000 at one of Belgium’s most famous clubs, the Biebob in Vosselaar! Joss & co. recorded an energetic show and successfully got the atmosphere on tape. If you don't know the band, this is like a best of and additionally it has the power of a live show!

This album is the third release of the Dutch band Mennen. The Dutch present ten melodic metal tracks and rockers incl. the title track The Age Of Fools which is the album opener and which presents the band very good.

The album was recorded in 1998, but was just released in Benelux where the band is very successful. now Joss Mennen and his mates try to conquer the rest of the world. Their melodic metal rocks! If you just listen to the music, the positive vibe will soon influence you. Lyrically the band deals with more serious topics, e.g. Homeless or Trojan Horse. To get an idea of their sound, check out the title track, Nameless and Destination Unknown.
